APHA Memberships

APHA now offers secure online payment options for memberships and membership renewals.

The Association has a voluntary membership representing a variety of disciplines including practitioners, policy and decision makers and students from health, education and social services, representatives of government departments and non-government organizations, community members and others who are interested in health protection, disease and injury prevention, health promotion and the determinants of health.

Currently, APHA has over 300 members. Membership is open to any individual or group who is interested in promoting and protecting the health of the public.

Members receive a quarterly newsletter "The Promoter " and can participate interactively on the web site.

Memberships also entitle reduced costs to APHA events throughout the year.

These resources provide an opportunity for networking, information sharing, feedback and collegiality.
